1995 Plus 8, US spec

For some reason I don't think they wanted US cars to be able to fold the windscreen down!

Hope the photo works.....

I think you are right, if I remember rightly all Morgans had to be fitted with the taller 4 seater windscreens in USA due to some legislature/safety ruling so it would seem likely that they wouldn't want you driving around with Brooklands screens.
Pictures good.

I fiited a folding screen & aeros to my 97 +4 short door car. The details are on here somewhere .
Shouldn't this be in the trad section?

I think I drilled a bigger hole in the tab part so it sloted over the lift a dot male but still supported the screens.

This is not on an Aero is it? I have never seen a foldable screen on an Aero. Maybe the Speedsteers little wind deflectors but not foldable?

I think there seems to be some confusion between an Aero and aero screens fitted to a Trad?

The screen definitely did not fold on the Aero I had.

My 93 +4 (plus 8 Body) has a folding screen, a previous owner cut the tab off, John V6 s solution sounds better.

Quick note on the tab mentioned above, the tab did not feature in the early cars and certainly not on our 1956 Plus 4. It is interesting to see that without the tab there is movement and vibration of the 1956 screen at this point so thus Morgan fitted the tab.
