A quick trip to BHM today to pick up a perspex knob.....a quick blat around and then home to build Gandalf a new home. And lo! There was much swearing and gnashing of teeth. Did you need the perspex knob for the side screen? If so: Does the new knob fit? I have got two knobs to replace the one my wife had lost on one of our first trips with Gandalf. The only knob that fits is the original knob - so I have to live with some scratches. I am happy that this ugly knob is on the passenger side......

I haven't tried it yet! I'm sure the other one fell in the car somewhere, but for such a small car, there are so many places to lose stuff!

WTF Lol. Love it  I havent been out in my own car now for probably around 2 months :-( Just cant get the time at the moment. I use mine for the shopping trips.

Ditto. As it is dry if a liitlle cool 6c I decided to go for a quick run. What bliss , totally warm with the heated seats & heater. Lovely jubbly. The North Sea mind you looked a tad cool.

Fitted a 92 degree thermostat on Saturday, so off to Caff & Mac for a spot of breakfast, and then on to Worcester for lunch with the folks at home, then a nice bimble back - about 200 miles in total. 35 mile round trip to attend the local M3W club Xmas bash at Woolpit in Suffolk. Toastie feet since discovering footwell heater vents  18 attended the the two course meal followed by coffee and mince pies for £13.50 each! Then someone suggested a Xmas pully shootout. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/xmLquyU.jpg) Topped off tank on the way home with E10 at £1.50.9/litre  cheapest I've managed since Putin kicked off.
