For those that will be remaining in the club next year, you are going to get a series of articles on the rebuild of my 1968 Plus 4 4 seater in Miscellany!
Spent last few evenings going through the large amount of photo's I took during the rebuild to give me a bit of structure!

I'm new to the fold and haven't managed to get to one of the local evening meets as yet and the daytime runs are out for me as I'm in work! Hoping I'll be made to feel welcome when I do eventually get to one. I don't find the magazine that interesting if I'm honest but I enjoy having a flick through and I've also saved a few £ with the MSCC discount codes Kevin I have never been a member but I will say that when I organised a TM visit to Haynes and Yeovilton and a nice overnighter most that attended were MSCC members and a more welcoming bunch of fun lads you couldn't wish to meet. So I think you will enjoy membership.

This month's editorial in Miscellany is asking for more contributions.
For tecchy stuff the field is small. You must be hands on, and not many owners are. Then you need a topic to write about, and finally you need to be able to convey in writing in a way that people can read.
Miscellany articles are around 80% narrative, 20% pics, whereas TM is the other way round. A series of pics with short explanations works better on a forum.
One thing which surprised me when I was slogging away at my book, was that the publishers demand a corporate style of writing, and so what emerged eventually in my book narrative was nothing like the original draft!
Miscellany is not like that!

So the latest one plopped through my letterbox, and a quick scan through... a headline "Have you got skills...we need 'em" Well: those who design and produce this rag definitely are not skilled....it is my monthly moan...and I know I am not the only one, hence why we get Morganneer every mid-month...

You’ll need to get writing an article then Richard I think they are crying out for contributors

Well done Arwyn. It relies on members writing articles or it will always be trip reports entered by Centres. It is the major spend of MSCC by a long way so if the members don't like it then we need to help MSCC change it to meet our needs & desires not just moan about it.
Any ideas?
