I think this online monthly is very readable...far more so than the printed rag....maybe if it also had members adverts too.... I look forward to it dropping into my inbox...

With its new format, apparently to make it easier to read on a phone, has also meant it is better on a PC - now no need to use horizontal scroll bars to read all the way across a page smile

Always an interesting online read.

I have suggested the adverts should be in it. I believe that will be the case but wy not write to Charles & back me up. Ads in Miscellany are often so old that the items are already sold whereas the Morganeer could be faster in posting.
To give you an Idea my centre Sec report for Miscellany on December activity and up & coming events needs to be submitted by 7 Jan for the February edition, so is by default old.

It's not that one - it's a new e-newsletter sent out by the MSCC

Thanks, Rich. The USA one is our club's bimonthly newsletter, The Morganeer. You'll see a number of my articles in issues from the last couple of years.

We at Hopmog have been sending out a similar monthly email to our members for a couple of years now. Each one is personally addressed. Although all the info is on the Hopmog website it does bring to the fore upcoming events and the email can be updated right up until it goes out, so the data is current. As has already been mentioned Miscellany can be, at best, nearly a month out of date. We use an email campaign function bundled in by our website provider which is similar to Mailchimp as used by MSCC. Very useful bit of kit.

Alan
