My daughter is writing her PHD thesis at Daimler Trucks as a so-called industrial doctorate in the HR department. (which I think BTW is a good way to combine income with the PHD plus practical experience). I sent it to her as „urgent food for thought“ kidding her how advanced the competition is🤓 But I deleted the word "gender delusion" from the photo, and then the picture almost looks like someone is serious about it. Nothing surprises me anymore, I am no more wondering.

Congratulations to your daughter Heinz, that will be an interesting paper.

I don’t mean to be a Grinch, however.... to those of you who are placing Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, would you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together!! Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police. I have to brake hard, toss my margarita out the window, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat. All while trying to drive. It's just too much drama, even for Christmas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
