I have told this story a few times, but as you are new here Colin I will repeat it in the hope it might be of some value to you.

Around the mid 90`s I was in search of a more involving driving experience, it seemed even sports cars were becoming safer more comfortable and easier to drive, thus reducing driver input requirements with every new iteration.

Coincidently as I matured it seemed an interest in vintage sports cars had crept up on me and on following an open top Bentley being driven enthusiastically down a country road, I was very impressed with the way the pilot controlled the machine as it skipped and hopped over the rougher sections of road surface, thinking to myself I want some of that.. smile.

Long story short smile I went on the web, found the then brand new MSCC web site. I typed up a resume of my m/cycle and sports car involvement and asked the question " Which Morgan..? " There ware so very many helpful replies from members all too keen to help and share their experiences, none more so that a Canadian chap (Lorne Goldman) who has been the driving force behind GoMoG.com. Amazingly Lorne put out his feelers and found me a rather special Morgan...! Yeah I know hard to imagine, but true none the less, This Mog was situated in Shropshire of all places and I reside in central Scotland. At least the Mog was not in Canada... smile I bought and still own it now some 20 years later, my good lady and I have enjoyed a few European adventures in it over the years, all of which were shared on eMog, which was another of Lorne`s efforts to provide information for the Morgan community, sadly now defunct having suffered the usual early interweb disease of misinterpretation and bad manners... A pity.

All of that typed in the hope of giving you a real flavour of the possibilities that exist for you to explore and enjoy which is much enhanced by the kind Morgan folk on this forum who have managed so well to avoid falling into all the interweb afflictions of the past that so spoiled some Morgan forums..

Potentially you have rather a lot to look forward to Colin, hopefully sharing your Morgan stories with us an TM.. thumbs
