Ah ok a dealer fit option but not anything to do with Morgan? At least it not on their configurator and when I asked why they just said it’s not from them. It is supplied from MMC but has to be fitted by a dealer to get around homologation issues. This was exactly the same with the M3W. At least one UK dealer is working on their own sports exhaust and I'm sure there will be others.

Look to make sure the belt is not rubbing or too loose. It might also be the bevel box.
there are times I actually am thankful I am loosing my hearing I have driven 2 dealer demonstrators and there was belt noise on both. I thought the drivebelt seemed tighter than on the M3W and think loosening it very slightly might help. Note the belt should still be tight - the quick check on the M3W is you should only be able to twist the lower part of the belt 45 - 90 degrees however it is a narrow belt. If the Super 3 behaves the same as the M3W then belt and bevel noise should be easy to distinguish. Belt noise occurs all the time as soon as you pull away and will get drowned out by the engine/exhaust/wind fairly quickly. The Bevel Box will often be quiet when cold but as it gets hot will start to hum or scream at a narrow range of road speed and will be quiet above and below. The noisy band is normally about 5 mph and occurs somewhere between 50 - 70 mph. In some cases there might be a second noisy band at higher speeds. As an aside, I feel that the specified tyre pressures seem very high compared to the M3W. If I had a Super 3 I would be trying around 35 psi on the front and around 25-28 psi on the rear. I suspect that will remove a bit of front end twitchiness and improve the grip and ride at the rear.

Ok Chris99 thank you for clarifying. I didn't realise that.
Can somebody tell me how much the Sports exhaust is?

Check your rear sprocket isnt made of aluminium, or some other odd material. ( In joke for M3W owners ). As a matter of interest, what material is used for the rear sprocket on the Super 3?? The switch to steel on the 5spM3W did not help unsprung weight and having done a hi-tech front suspension for the Super 3, it would be a pity if the rear was lumbered with excess weight...

I'll upload a picture of it later today, I have one from when mine was built.

Thanks for the pictures - hard to tell what it is made of from the image but could be an AL based alloy rather than steel and looks like they have also made some effort to reduce unsprung weight with a more open wheel design.

Not sure about the "reduction of upsprung weight" - the Super 3 has just a wider swing arm (=heavier), as no fuel tanks to keep inside of, the centre black hub is the same as a 5sp albeit longer (=heavier) and it still carries the same (?) drum brake as a 5sp. Rim looks like a late 5sp? Probably a lighter sprocket than the steel 5sp version although probably not as light as an original Aluminium sprocket? Interesting to see the Bevel Box - different casing shape (although think it bolts into the chassis like the 5sp so perhaps a future retrofit) yet it still whines...perhaps the new BB manufacturer copied the original Quaife gear profiles...
