Our NHS dentist in Felixstowe is going private. E Anglia is desert for NHS dentists so I'm guessing were paying. They want £10 -20 per month dpending upon visits etc.
Do you use the dentist's insurance or have you found better / cheaper cover?

We haven't been able to see an NHS dentist for years round here. Mind you, the one I used to go to was pretty rubbish. The private practice I use is excellent, and I pay £16/month which covers me for a couple of hygenist appointments and 1 dental appointment per year. The only actual work I've had done was a re-working of an old amalgam filling and that cost me £186.

We go to a dentist who uses this company: https://www.practiceplan.co.ukSimilar to what Tim gets, but my payment is just under £14 per month.

Practice plan for us as well. £14.50 per month gets you a check up and hygienist every 6 months but start saving for when you require any treatment 😬

Do you use the dentist's insurance or have you found better / cheaper cover? Think I mentioned earlier this week John, but our local dentist in Hopton going fully private in April.

I've just traded rebuilding a Ford engine for an Escort rally car for 5 years of dental treatment and check ups with my mate who is a dentist!
Bargain!!

If I need dental treatment, I just send them to the dentist! They are like stars, they come out at night.
