As I may be taking the 4/4 into London in April, following a visit to Goodwood, I thought that I would check if it is ULEZ compliant.
To my amazement and bearing in mind it is a 20 year old ‘black top’ Zetec - It’s OK
woohoo

Very pleased and (if we go) it will be parked overnight in underground secure parking.

I use The Union Jack Club when visiting London Village, central with sensible costs with their own secure underground car parking, last time I took the Plus 8 a Gurkha was on duty so I slipped him a tenner.

Back in 2019 I checked my Plus8 and ok. I was going to Hounslow just outside the then zone but in the tintop that was compliant anyway. Tube/buses used to get round. Oyster Card for payment. The hotel confirmed I was outside the zone.
In 2021 I rechecked the Mog and non compliant.
Check made using the reg number. It appears that non mainstream vehicles can be missed being added onto their database. I might see if the corresponding Discovery with the same engine fares the same.
Just did a TFL check on the Plus8. It is ok for ULEZ ! Just congestion charge to apply.
I wonder how the previous check was different?
No big deal though as unlikely to go in the Mog. Brooklands is about the only likely destination.

Warning
I’ve just re-checked using the TFL site, having originally used the same site Pickles mentions.
TFL advise me that the ULEZ charge applies to my 4/4.

Are you sure Bud? My 2009 4/4 is ULEZ compliant and its older than yours?
I can see the congestion charge applies but not ULEZ.

EDIT: I may have misread your post as I saw 2011 and assumed that was the age of your car hide

As a matter of interest Ichecked my tin top for compliance, which it does. The zone is being expanded to cover our old school.
Then, prompted by these posts, I thought I would check my Morgan. Apparently it meets the ULEZ emissions standards!!
As it dates from 1956 with a twin carb TR3 engine I am very suprised. Maybe it's because it's a classic.
Not that I am likely to take it up to London any time soon.
