After an enjoyable lunch in Bury we visited KH today. Attached are some shots of the latest CX models. The full leather interior and new door cards looks great including the small bit of wood for the dash
[Linked Image]
Outside I spotted this ugly wiring of the number plate lights.

I think the cheap leather & cloth option looks awful

That interior looks really nice and the wood lower trim on the dash really sets it off.
Some of the other 2023 dashboards have looked pretty ordinary to me KH know how to spec a car for sure.

This small piece of wood on the dashboard improves the look a lot.

those leather and cloth seats might give a lower seated feel
curious to have a sit in them

The seats cloth inserts remind me of the 80 and 90's cars you see on Bangers and Cash horribly stained from I dread to think what!

The cloth inserts remind me of a TR7 from the late 70's and into the 80's.. sorry cant stand the look. Also the dash is just plain coyote ugly. It just does not work, it seems to have reduced the overall beauty of the car. But thats just my view..

I considered fabric inserts when I had my seats trimmed. Cooler in summer, and warmer in winter.

However, as I use mine in all weathers, I thought the vinyl would be better in the wet, so went for that. If I didn't use her in the rain, I'd certainly have gone for fabric.

I had a good look at these in person while I was in for service. It's a lot smoother to the touch than I imagined. For whatever reason I thought it was going to be thicker, wool/tweed like. I thought it looked smart.
