Does anyone know where I can get hold of a circuit diagram of the ECU in my 2005 Morgan. I would like to have a go at fixing mine. Replacement is £600 / £700 QUID !!! The only identifier on the board says 9u-2 94v-0 19-26/10/04. I suppose the last part is date of manufacture.

Try re-posting in the Maintenance & Servicing section, and also add some detail of the model / engine, etc

ECU or PCB.If the PCBI tried to get mine fixed with no luck. I think the ECU is standard Ford for an ST220 engine i.e. a Mondeo

When my PCB failed a second time by not working well without the lights on I hard wired the lights on.

Also I know it sounds daft but the fuel pump relay feeds power to the ECU, mine failed & the car wouldn't start.

ECU or PCB. I don't know what the difference is. My service people described it as an ECU but what I am looking at is a printed circuit board with the markings as quoted above. It is located behind the instrument panel in the centre of the dash. Can you tell me where the fuel pump relay is?

That is the PCB not the ECU. You can't repair it. But if it all works with the lights on I would wire the lights on permanently. There are 2 micro relays for power on the board and on mine the one for just the ignition on was failing but the one with the lights worked.

The realys are if you have a UK car in the top right corner under the dash.
