When do you replace the cambelt?? I own a morgan 4/4 sport, 2013, 60000 KM, 37200 miles. In perfect order, Dealer says it time to replace? any thoughts on this subject???

Paul Every 6/7 years on my 2003 4/4 - Zetec. I also fitted a new water pump on the last recent change. I think that your 4/4 has the 1.6 Sigma engine. I believe that Ford recommend every 8 years for the cam belt and auxiliary belts on the Sigma engine. So yours are due a change. Just not worth risking the engine for a relatively simple job. Do it to the time & or mileage. I had a mate with 3 l Capri who ignored it & watched the engine blow up on the M1. Not a nice experience.

Yep, prevention is waaay cheaper than an engine rebuild and several months of no Mog to use in the summer

This should be the timing belt part number for the Sigma engine KP35669XS, if you need it. Something I need to get replaced on my 2016 4/4 next year. Or earlier

My 2015 4/4 has only done 15 k miles but as recommended I had the Timing belt changed last year .
Better safe than sorry .
