If you want a bit of extra bling, you can get some screw on caps to cover the wiper spindles......

Domed Cap

These are chrome, but I managed to get some stainless ones, but I think it was Heart of England who are no longer with us.

On your Foto I see the Morgan Park wiper and turn signal stalks.
The small turn switch really looks like the interment wiper control that Morgan Park offers as an extra if you install their stalks.
Morgan Park use the original LR Part and add a screw that you can use it on anny place you want....
