There you are Steve you can have Pippa in this car . Hard to tell which would put me off the most.
It should have a Dark blue hood . Light to mid grey leather piped dark blue . A walnut dash and trans/tunnel . M/lita wheel . Polished s/steel wires and it would look OK in this colour. Do you know, I was thinking what colours I would change, and I think you suggestion would work. I was also trying to imagine the wheels in a mustard yellow (I know it would not look very nice, but I was thinking of a contrast). p.s. I may have missed Pippa, but I would not be able to miss this car. Yes but you would miss your mates if you had any of them !!!!!!!!!!!!! You assume I have some now.

I didn't say I wouldn't buy it..........
All I said was Red & Black looks fantastic alongside that. It's almost Truly Scrumptious territory.

I have never seen it running around East Devon. Perhaps it blends so well into the background.

Wow ! Just come back home from a road trip and jumped back on to TM to see so much activity on this thread. It's amazing to see how much interest and discussion is created from something as 'simple' as the colour of a Morgan. (as opposed to, say, it's mechanical spec.) It just goes to show how we all are profoundly affected by the appearance of 'our Morgan'.....maybe even more than how the car performs (?).....It's a good job Henry Ford started to offer more than just black quite early on. Dare I say it...We might not be driving Morgans with Ford engines if Ford Motor company had not offered more colours (?)
Just a thought...(maybe a daft one). Cheers, N-M

I rather like it. (Goes and hides in the corner!) The body colour goes rather well with the leather and hood. Maybe the wheels and centre console are a bit OTT, but as with a lot of cars I'm sure it looks a lot better in the flesh than in a photograph.

Each to their own , but it is miles away from my taste . I work with colours every day matching them for homes int & ext so it kind of rubs off in what I pick . I think as we get older our tastes mellow ( not all ) . As a young lad my pal and me wanted to buy and old Rolls Royce hearse off the u/taker next to his place of work . It was cheap we where going to paint it shocking pink but came to the opinion that not many young girls would fancy a ride home or a quick snog in it . The madness of youth .

One of my mates in the surf club at Uni had a Princess hearse - brilliant surfwagon. I tried to persuade him to have coffin graphics on his board.

In the fifties there were many RR hearses coming on the market from the early days of Rolls Royce. Those with foresight bought them cheap and rebodied them. A friend of my mothers was offered such a Rolls for peanuts. It was so old it didn't have front brakes. He declined. I wish I had a barn full.

I have an artist friend, Rod Dudley, an Australian who lives in Italy, who uses this as his "business" vehicle. Since he does 6ft tall femal sculptures he has just the right space to transport them.
