I do like this boys style  A London man has said he has gifted his ULEZ non-compliant car to the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, in an attempt to avoid the daily £12.50 fee amid the expansion of the Ultra Low Emissions Zone. Popovz Lar says he owns a 2002 Ford Focus which is too old to meet Transport for London's (TfL) rules and so he has come up with a 'genius' loophole. Mr Lar says he considered scrapping the vehicle but decided against it as it is still drivable. Instead, he claims to have registered Mr Khan as its new owner and posted the logbook to TfL's head office, making the Mayor the car's "registered keeper". He posted on Facebook earlier this week: "I have a 2002 Ford focus, which is not compliant. I considered scrapping it, but it's still good, so I've decided to give the car to the mayor.
