My seals went due to lack of use by the previous owner. I run the AC all the time..

I do in the other cars...perhaps I should in the Morgan.

I rarely run the AC in the Morgan - it seems rather pointless as I only drive it in fair weather. I know you should run AC all the time to keep it healthy.

Anyone/everyone,
The heater fan on my aero S1 has started to play up, in as much that it is always on when the ignition is on, and won’t reduce in speed or turn off. I suspect that the heater blower fan resister (which controls the current to the heater fan) may have failed. Does anyone have any relevant experience, like where the resister is located, or from where Morgan sourced the part? Just at the moment, the factory/dealers seem not to have the relevant parts or knowledge.
All knowledge/input gratefully received.
Thanks

Jdm, Your gonna have some problem's afraid to say regarding parts.Just on the off chance under the steering column there is a six or eight pin connector well known for giving air con issues this tends to carrode and gum up well worth a go.

My S1 has just developed a problem.

It’s an electrical issue. But no idea why or what. It’s gassed and fan works

Any ideas?

If you think it might be a switch issue remove the plasic panel under the dash their short small stubby screws once removed you will see a large number of wires about an inch thick cable tied either side of the air con rotating knob, cut both cable ties and move the loom to one side and you can gain access to the two switches. I did this to mine and also found out why the heated screen stopped working. It was a water ingress problem from the windscreen washer pipe. That's another story flippin nightmare......
