Hi,

One from the DaveW playbook. I added an insert to the back of the Spare just to make it look a bit better. Just ordered a donut of Perspex and some edging strip of tinternet and job done.

As I say just to tidy it up a little.

Materials from

https://www.cutmyplastic.co.uk/ 5mm Acrylic sheet.

There are other suppliers but this was the only one (I found) that cut a large hole rather than just drilling mounting holes.

Measure VERY carefully and remember that the edging takes a few mm, so for instance the middle hole for my wheel was 160mm but I had them cut a 164mm hole. and similar for the outside just a few mm less than the actual diameter.

The edging trim I got from https://themetalhouse.co.uk/product-category/edge-trims/edge-trims-edge-trims/ there are loads of other suppliers out there but I found these did them in Blue and hit Buy. Careful to buy the edging suitable for the thickness of the Acrylic sheet!
