Funny, it’s usually the left hand side that catches all the roadside puddles.
It was the last 2 times, this time the right side was rusted solid. Surprisingly it passed the MOT not long ago.

Started it! Fired right up after a long winter's nap. Need a new ignition switch, however as this one is intermittent. It doesn't switch on every time I turn the key...

Did mine today. I have been searching for a pre-2009 cowl badge for the past 2 years. This one is the opposite to Leroy's, i.e. mine was supplied flat and I had to bend it carefully to match the cowl curvature. The fixing bolts were the right length. (Had to go for an evening drive through the New Forest, to test it).

Car up on ramp for another greasing session. Front suspension all tickety boo although kingpin/bush wear noticeable both sides before greasing. Confirmed that top caliper bolt can be undone with ¾"AF socket despite close proximity to main spring.

When kingpin/bush renewal takes place this winter it's nice to know I will be able to at least loosen calipers in situ, as there would be no purchase when stripped down.

Coincidentally I googled 'Morgan with a bimini' this afternoon....!
I was going to ask on here if anyone had got one, made one or had one made.
I know a trimmer locally so I might give them a go.

Tidied up the door sill upholstery, tacked it in place, finished the installation of the new Intatrim seats, and took it out for a quick spin. All is good with the world...
