I have only driven it a couple on miles as it’s raining here but Dave was not exaggerating when he said it transformed the engine. Acceleration is noticeably faster it almost feels like a different engine. The exhaust note is louder on acceleration but only slightly louder when cruising.

Glad it's all you expected Gary thumbs

Morning.

Can anyone help me out with the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe on the aero sport please, for the 4/4, wondering if I can utilise one on my elderly cvh or whether it will be too big...

Thanks

Ian.

This whole issue got me too. I am in contact with Cain of Wolf Performance to get the complete conversion done on my 2018 +4. Can't wait to hear, feel and smell the difference wink Any further experiences from those who have already chosen to walk down the clubsport update path?

...and moreover: does anyone one if there is a way to find out (or "prove") the ECU has been updated, i.e. Enhanced flash or Clubsport flash? Maybe by using an OBD-reader that provides further info on the ECU software version?

I don’t remember changing the lambda probe when I updated mine to clubsport. The twin tail pipe is optional as the std one fits so you get the same sound and performance but only one tail pipe shows. I bought mine though Cain so you could always confirm that with him.

The leads from the sensors are not long enough to reach the AR locations, so the wires must be extended.

Anyone know how many extra horses over standard does the Clubsport goody package deliver?

My recent dyno run showed consistent power spread with no flat spots up to approx 140bhp, generally as per Ford’s power curve data sheet thus demonstrating a standard engine setup.

Other than horses, any further benefits?

From memory it's about 185bhp? With much better torque above 4,000rpm.
