JON,
what are the catchwords for the rubber seals?
I ordered and got the seal between frame and bonnet. that does not really help...

Just took my Plus Six out of the garage and the screen is cracked top left to centre, it was fine a couple of days ago when I put the cover on.
Previous Mog Plus 4 Fiat Twin Cam.

Many years ago I replaced the glass on my +8. I took it to a local g!ass shop and they cut a new one out of flat glass that was in stock for school buses. It was tinted at the top for the first 4 to 5 inches. They cut the top so I have 3 inches of tint. You should check for an industrial glass shop, they may have bus or lorry glass they can cut for you.
Make sure the screws in the frame don't go in too far, if they are hard against the glass it will crack from temperature change.

But then you loose the built in wires that demist the screen & in the UK it is an MOT failure not to have that.

But then you loose the built in wires that demist the screen & in the UK it is an MOT failure not to have that. I didn't think screen demisters are part of the checklist at MOT? Neither my Landrover or Morgan have a demist facility and they were both previouslly MOT'd.

The roof on the 2020 plus 6 is more or less exactly the same as the outgoing trad, drips and a lot of air around the kidney area from the doors. Just had the pillar rubbers upgraded but has made the roof rail much more tight. On our recent trip back from Malvern it rained we still had some drips but when I Put the car back in the garage I released the tension on the rear rail which I think I will carry on with from now on.One of the guys I spoke with said the earlier roof with the flaps over the door is better than the flush newer version. Over tension on the header rail might be an issue there is no chasis twist on the plus 6 for sure . Em

Just had my Plus Six windscreen replaced, had to get it done at the dealers as the insurers windscreen specialist could not obtain the screen.
I had to pay upfront and at just over £2000 was a little concerned the insurance would play silly buggers, fortunately all was well and the money was back in my account within three days.
