Hi all….
Can someone tell me if there is an OBD / diagnostic port on my 1996 Morgan Plus 4, T16 please?
If so, can you point me in the right direction?

From memory it is pre OBD. I have a lot of old pdfs on the t16 ECU as mine played up. PM me you email & I'll forward them.

I believe there is a diagnostic connection running off the injection ECU but it's certainly not OBD2. They only started to come in on new European cars in 2001. Have a look here.

Sadly not but you can get a android phone or tablet on eBay for a few pounds

Would all this apply to a 1994 plus 4? I notice the original post is for 96 T16. Also what does the socket look like and where would I find it please?

its on a short lead from the ECU its a round black plug with a rubber cap (at least it was in 93)

The diagnostic lead was a Rover dealer only issue and is very difficult to source.
