He has a variety of myth busting ones I loved - the performance air filter, the uprated headlamp bulb, the twin windscreen wiper.
I also love that he lists all of the alibaba/ebay/amazon 6000w LED rear light bulbs and shows them for what they are, cheap knock-ups not worth the money spent of the delivery.
Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
Just to bring the thread to a close - I contacted Clasic Car LED and they supplied a replacement Flasher/Indicator relay (mounted in the relay/fuse box box in the engine bay of my car) and 4 x Amber LED 382 Bulbs. Simple plug and play and I also changed rear brake/tail to Red LED 380 bulbs to complete the set!
Glad it worked. They are very helpful.

Great result Keith, especially discount if it's accepted . Interesting that Duncan at Classic Car LED took you a different route to the solution by providing the LED friendly flasher relay and "plain" LED indicator bulbs. On later Plus 4 and Roadster the flasher relay is integrated with the esentially sealed BCU so you have to use their "CANBUS friendly" type with built in resistor.

I have found a vey good youtube contributor who works in the industry and has some excellent reviews and guides.
EVERYONE who is contemplating changing to (I won’t say “upgrading” to…) LED should watch this, even if only to prevent your pride and joy going up in flames!

Ooh, I'd like to see the snake oil air filter one please Alistair
Do I detect a slight against LED's in general Doug not just the worst of Chinese imports
Yes, Well spotted! Each to their own but I am quite happy with the light output on my incandescent lamps. I am not so happy when sitting at traffic lights behind someone with their foot on the brake pedal., almost blinding me! Also, I am not convinced that extra bright lights will keep “white van man” at bay. And now, having watched that video, I am even more alarmed that people are possibly buying potentially dangerous items at a “good price” in the belief that they are increasing safety. Going back to my grumpy old man cave now!
