How much are people paying for the digital subscription? I've just looked on PocketMags and was surprised to find I have two "autorenewable" subscriptions. It would seem that for the last few years, I've been paying £19.99 in December and another £28.99 every March. The combined cost of £49 is only 50p less than having a hardcopy delivered by post. Hopefully cancelling the subscription(s) won't affect access to the back issues, I have 80 going back to 2016.Ian, is there a facility to download as pdf's to your PC for future access ?

Ian, is there a facility to download as pdf's to your PC for future access ? Good question. There is a way to read a magazine in "PDF style" but I can't find a way to download it in any format. I think I could probably capture all the pages individually as HTML but for 80 issues that would be a lot of work for something that I may never look at again. I think I'll just accept the loss of back issues. I had the first few years as hardcopies but I eventually binned those when I needed more room in my loft. I've emailed Pocketmags asking for a refund of one of my two subscriptions for the last 7 years and also the balance of anything outstanding since April.

Garrod, operations manager at Pocketmags, replied to me yesterday:
"MOG has not confirmed that they are closing to ourselves but they mentioned there might be a rebranding causing the delay."
Nevertheless, they have refunded the whole of my current annual subscription.

I just went back onto Pocketmags to have a look. At least I can still access the past editions but there's been nothing new there since the April issue. The website mogmag.co.uk says " Coming Soon. The new destination for MOG Magazine online." On Instagram they posted " Be Back Soon" (in pictures) with the message: " Sorry we have been quiet MOGgers… We are undergoing a massive make over! We can’t wait to show you what we have been working on very soon! If you have a active subscription don’t worry when we have a release date we will contact you to let you know what is going to happen! We will make sure you get what you have paid for👍🏼 We can’t wait to show you the new MOG!" But that was back in May! Their Facebook page has seen very little activity, but they did post on 18th October " More news on the magazine will follow very soon, we are nearly ready for print". So not all hope is lost, I suppose.

This morning I had an email that the latest issue is out. Despite cancelling my subscription I can still access it on Pocketmags, so I shall have a read later today. ![[Linked Image]](https://tm-img.com/images/2023/12/22/MogMag-128.jpeg)

That's good news Ian, I contacted them around 3 weeks ago to ask how things were progressing with the new mag but got no reply.

Yes, it's a very good issue, interesting interview with Massimo Fumarola and an almost as interesting (!) interview with my daughter Rose and I at BHM's Goodwood track day. What's more I've not yet spotted any typos!
