I acquired an Emerald ECU for my 2014 Morgan Three Wheeler some time ago. Regrettably, I lack technical expertise and had no prior experience with configuring such systems. After seeking assistance from friends and starting the process, the Morgan exhibited subpar performance. Consequently, I contacted Garage 56 in search of guidance.

Promptly, Chris Horton from Garage 56 responded to my email. He swiftly provided me with new mapping data, which significantly improved the situation. However, despite the improvements, the Morgan was still not functioning optimally. At this point, Chris involved Karl from Emerald in the troubleshooting process. Over the course of two early morning remote sessions, Karl not only resolved the ECU-related issues with the Morgan from afar, but he also identified irregularities with my TPS sensor.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to Chris and Karl for their invaluable assistance. Their patience and willingness to guide someone like me, who is new to this field, were truly commendable. It's heartening to witness that high-quality customer service remains a reality. Looking forward to doing future business with these companies!

I am glad that you got that sorted. I bet it runs better than MMC every had it running.

We have a German client who had an issue with his M3W running incorrectly - had 569 and Emerald ECU already installed. The owner is not an IT expert in any way yet Karl spent 2 mornings going through the software process remotely (upgrading software and firmware) and then identifying the issue with the car (via the data available) that was making it run erratically - all carried out remotely.

Great customer service from Emerald.
