Is that the sand bank that juts out into the North sea? A 10 mile round trip walk is manageable just pick a day that is not to windy!
Nice photos of the Plus Six👍

That's the one on the north side mouth of the River Humber. It gathers all the silt from errosion further up the north east coast.

Great few days and a good result.

Just completed a 770 miles round trip from Pembrokeshire to Newcastle upon Tyne for this seasons opening football match at St James Park.
Dry run to first night overnight accommodation in Grassington, good B&B with Morgan friendly parking (Kirkfield B&B BD23 5LJ), lovely village with lots of eating and drinking establishments
Dry again and roof down for the second day and a couple of nights just outside Newcastle city centre, close to the Angel of the North.
Newcastle won 5 - 1 👏

Bowles Incline Hotel (DH3 1RF) good parking and I was confident to leave the Plus Six for a couple of days, local bus to the city £2.
The journey home was broken up by a visit to the The Great British Car Journey, (excellent variety of cars), a night in a local hotel and a visit to a very traditional interesting pub, The Holly Bush Inn, Belper.

We had to drop off the dishes used for our takeaway pork pie platter before the wet final leg of the journey home today (Monday).
Pleased to report the Plus Six was faultless throughout.
