Cruise Control!! Cruise Control??

My elderly 4/4 doesn’t even have exterior door handles.
But then I am no longer the target market of MMC.

Just joking Ray. I look forward to seeing the responses to your question.

ps. I have yet to drive a new Plus Four, but have a friend who owns one and really likes it.

It is I believe a fly by wire throttle so possible. I have it retrofitted on my Roadster, It makes long A road & Mway drives far easier as most have avg speed zones

There is a link on here somewhere. I got an auto engineer to fit it. The car is drive by wire luckily as it is difficlut to find a throttle cable system these days.

Brian fitted the unit . His firm is :-

Having had a life time in 4/4s which are great, I wanted to try something different so I've recently gone over to the dark side and bought a MY22 Plus Four. I too really like it, particularly on longer journeys. I wouldn't want cruise control though!

On my tintop, I make far more use of the speed limiter than I do cruise control. If you set cruise control when going through average speed zones, you often meet dawdlers and only have to touch the brakes to have it release…then you have to reset again.
Whereas the speed limiter allows you to drive at variable speeds up to the set limit, change gears, brake, etc, without dropping out at all, so you can be confident of not collecting points.

The cruise control on my Roadster also has a speed limiter function
