Hello, does anybody know where to get a set of silicone ignition leads from ? they are the clip on type at the coil pack end.

Sorry, I have no answer to this but would suggest that when searching for parts or advice on the forum, although pics are useful, it may also help to show your model, year, etc.

oops, its a plus8 inj 1985, but that is irrelevant because I changed to coil packs a few years ago.

Magnecor make custom sets. But you will need to know what coil pack you have. https://www.magnecor.co.uk/custom-sets/I used them for the custom leads on my Elan, but that was ten years ago. Cheers John.

John , Stephen, Taffmog, thank you for the replies, I have sent a form to Magnecor (over 3 weeks lead time). I discovered that the coil packs are a ford fitment and the explorer is the car that looks to have the nearest length of lead to fit my car, but only come in sets of six.(v6 engine)
