I got a new windscreen for my plus 4 as I cracked the old one two years ago with frame screw that has been a tiny bit too long...
As Morgan Park only offers the complete set for 1500€ I got the screen cut locally.
All I ordered was the seal - so I thought... 'What I got is the seal between frame and bonnet that I do not need.
As the old screen was mounted with tons of silione (quite hassle to get it out) my question is how to mount the new one correctly?

I get my channel seals from here https://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/shop/category/rubber-extrusions-u-channels-square-460 you will need to accurately measure the gap in the metal 'screen frame, I go for the best 'fit' but with the legs too long, then after squeezing it all together you just carefully scalpel around the frame to trim off the excess
