I think there was one hiding in the back at Williams last time I was there.

Looked nice but not getting the price they were asking for them.
For the difference in pricing I would expect the suspension to be different, or the engine to be the Alpina version.

Indeed. I read a snippet somewhere, once, that suggested Litchfield had breathed on the engine management.
I recall at the time looking at Litchfield's site for confirmation, but couldn't find anything.
& there's now no sign of the text on Google

*Could* Litchfield pep up an N62 V8? I'm sure they could.

In April this one made €243,500 but didn't sell
https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2022-morgan-plus-8-gtr

The blurb says '375bhp' which iirc is up a mighty 6bhp from standard 369?
Which could be the result of a tweaked EMU, or the GTR's exhausts, or just the reading the factory took on the day they checked
:-)

Sorry MM6, TM is known for thread drift.

(set of sport cats and a mild tune is £4k a most)

Any positive role model (in addition to womens football and sport which we are not all built for) sends things the right way.

Was the reason Sophie did that expedition to find the missing bhp?
Anything is possible for MMC!
Anyway, the video was an ok ish thing. Nothing spectacular. Compared to the usual MSCC/Miscellany reports of trips to nice places and food at pubs etc it was linking a Morgan to more adventurous trips. At least it wasn't a video of a short trip to local beauty spots and pubs that seems to be quite prevalent.
There, I have marked myself as controversial!
Anyway, off to Morgans at Windermere then on up to Scotland in a few days. Both filled with day trips that could easily be 200+ miles each, often off the beaten track. Car has just had it's 1k miles check and ready to go. Did similar last year in the Plus8 to Loch Lomond area with day tours in the general area. This year further North in Scotland. Maybe even across to some islands.

Well, my Morgan didn't come with a Sophie! And I have to agree with those of you who said it just doesn't sell the car/brand at all. Might have done better if they had just mentioned the car and its quirky pleasure in owning and driving experience, but it seems they forgot to do that! It was in fact just a prop in an advert that could have sold anything if only they had said what that was!
For over 100 years Morgan's have been sold on their particular merit, style and driving enjoyment and for some reason since the launch of the CX platform cars they have moved to the Vouge magazine type of advertising with the beautiful people only allowed on board. This is a tragic shame as they really are not the market sector MMC should be aiming to inform.

Like fishing (angling) , when young you can't keep the youngsters away from the water then life gets in the way for them and its not until they're that little older with grown up kid's that they revisit it and realize just how much fun it gave them and they pick it up again.

This is the Morgan market! Dad, Grandad, Uncle Or friends Dad had one and they really coveted it as a youngster, and when things finally settled down they went out and realised that dream for themselves. Sure there are exceptions but, most younger people you see behind the wheel are in Dad's toy and possibly they just might follow the dream described above!

My son Fergus gets it totally and loves going for a drive with me and when I'm untrustworthy behind the wheel I hope he'll take me out in it and finally when I no longer need it, Well, He'll be driving his kids around in it, after all Mutley is part of the family!

There was a black one with all the Carlos Fandango bits in the fancy glass box end showroom at the factory about 18 months ago at £285k
