Unfortunately I'm having to sell my Aero 8. It's getting more and more difficult to get in and out of with my Arthritis, every time I think I might have a good run I get listed for another operation frown

I'm listing it for £55000

I'm the second owner after buying it from Shooter on here in 2015

It has recently had a full suspension upgrade using SSL Suspension.
It has also had the Bimmerfix Coolant upgrade as these engines are prone to developing a coolant leak in the central valley. The water pump was also replaced when this was carried out.
Everything works as it should but there is always some fettling to be done.
Boot has been modified to open wider allowing easier access, you can fit in 2 suitcases easily or if you're a golfer then a set of golf clubs no problem apparently.

It has done 74348 miles and as such the paint work and leather is not like new.
The paint work is bubbling in places due to oxidisation of the aluminium underneath, the good news as most of you will know is that as it is aluminium it isn't rust like steel. With it being Matte Paint any marks and scratches can't be polished out or invisibly repaired. Everyone who sees it though thinks it adds character.

Car also comes with the factory hard top and another set of Alloy wheels as I have summer and winter tyres for it.

I think a few of us know your car from the previous owner, sorry to hear you are unable to enjoy it anymore.
I do like those alloys.

Images added to help.

I understand the OP's sadness, once you have owned and Aerobased car nothing is quite the same.
It is a glorious car, the colours go together brilliantly.
I think the price is very realistic.

Tarka went for a few reasons, but one was increasing decrepitude...strangely the Boxster is easier to get into and out of, but for how long?
Eventually an electric old people's vehicle will probably be needed.... but we will stave off that day for as long as possible.

No longer driving Tarka, the 2014 Plus 8...
