Yep, the design of the front spoiler is always the ID of a CX

The front spoiler on my Plus 4 is almost identical to the CX one & has no overriders or bumpers so looks pretty similar. A better guide is the door handles.

A few pictures with the roof up in Noyers, Rosthwaite and Thornthwaite on various trips over the last couple of years.

Robbie,
I don't use them very much as I am not often out in the dark. I live in the country and do drive on unlit lanes when I am out at night. The Cibie lights certainly add to the overall illumination but I need to spend more time driving with them to experiment with the setting of them. Now the dark nights are here I will be doing that so I will let you know.
Best wishes,
John

John,
Thanks for your comments - I'll await your observations with interest - I have some cheap LED 4in driving lights which are a good addition but I was wondering if the Cibies were areally good addition for driving on Irelands country roads. I find the standard full headlight has too little "reach" for my liking

Cheers!

pps I may have already said one of my best friends over here is also called John Marchant - He's a retired Church of Ireland Rector!

Our Plus Six has the Cibie lights, they come on with full beam and I have used them at night on motorway and in our West country lanes.. The lights add a greater overall illumination but I find they do not give much more "reach" .

I’ve been on a nice little car themed road trip this week.
Heading to Abingdon to see and drive the incredible Frontline LE60. A V8 powered restomod MGB GT.
Then over to Tolman to see & drive the Tolman edition 205 GTI.
A quick pit stop at Caffeine & Machine, then over to Malvern to Morgan HQ.
Before a great B road run down to Librands to pick up some door mirrors that actually work!

Ollie
