Eddy,
Yes - I have found someone, although they are suggesting water jet cutting. Could you give me the approximate dimensions of the box? I wouldn't want to get it produced and then find that Morgan modified things between producing our cars! BTW mine is 2015. Thanks, Tim

If it helps Tim there was no change in fuse box cover P090037 between earliest cars and the major changes elsewhere in 2014 on models.

It's possible that Chas at M3W Services (France) may have a used original one?

Richard/All, Thank you for that, although I understand that my car may have been "worked on" by the factory (it was owned by someone who worked there), so I am slightly wary! Here is a link to a photo of mine - does that look normal (specifically the connector forward of the fuse box) look normal? Thanks, Tim ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2023/11/03/Fuse-Box.jpeg)

The block in front of the 50A fuse is not standard. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2023/11/03/IMG_0561.jpeg)

Tim, the base socket the 50 amp fuse is located in are just modular sections that slide together, so if it's not connected to any cables below it's easy to get rid of

Looks normal to me. The large fuse holder accomodates main battery fuse. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/BRBmN3z.png)

Thanks for pointing that out Steve and apologies for missing it. The connector looks like one shown in parts book diagram above for external LED flasher relay. Strange thing is though Tim's car is a 2015 build and it was after August 2014 that the newer 18 pin TSM unit was fitted that incorporated the flasher function, so no need for external one Either way maybe Tim could confirm if the connector could be moved, assuming it presently would foul the standard cover used on all models. As Jon suggests it appears to be just clipped/slipped onto main battery fuse holder.
