Any insight into what the connector might be is welcome. That aside I am planning to disconnect the battery and then see if the "extra" block can be relocated. Will report back.

This is the extra block on the side of the 50A Fuse Block. The cables are Red and Red/Yellow (althoug it could be Orange/Yellow). Icannot find that combination on the wiring diagram, which might be because it was a modification. There appears to be some movement between the two, but I cannot find how to separate them - any suggestions? Ease a thin flat screwdriver up from the bottom centrally between the two, you may have to pry apart a little then the 'extra' feed base should slide off up/down (you can see the clip & slider on the exposed end, they are designed to 'stack')

Is there an established way of attaching the "additional block" to the side of the fuse box Try velcro - available in strips (male & female sides) about an inch or two wide. From old-fashioned haberdashers or online. Use Evo-stik to secure each piece in place.

Yes - I have found someone, although they are suggesting water jet cutting. Could you give me the approximate dimensions of the box? I wouldn't want to get it produced and then find that Morgan modified things between producing our cars! BTW mine is 2015.

Tim Hi Tim, sorry for the late answer ... I was a week in China and did a lot of supplier visits (so no free time). In the dxf file you can find the needed dimensions - but I would suggest you wait a while: I´m just work on a new design which has a removable cover on the top side. In this way you do not have to remove the complete cover if you need to replace some a fuse.

No apology necessary. I have found that my bulkhead does not have the tapped holes for the cover attachment bolts. I have learned from a former employee, that my M3W may have been a development vehicle, which might explain why it did not have a cover in the first place.
I am investigating......
