Long standing Lincolnshire Morgan dealer and classic car/motorcycle enthusiast.
Message from his daughter Jane who has run the business in the last few years with her partner and colleagues.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. My father, Phil, who founded Ledgerwood Morgan more than 40 years ago has suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from a suspected heart attack whilst maintaining his land down at Walcott – his favourite place at least.
Funeral arrangements to follow, please bear with us if emails or phone calls are replied to/answered later than normal.

Very sad to hear. I bought my first Morgan an M3W from him in 2016 having been impressed by his knowledge of cars in general not just Morgan's.
My condolences to the family.

My condolences to Jane, the Neil's and everyone at Ledgerwoods.
I bought my Morgan from them and they continue to look after and fix it.

Our Condolences to Phil's wife Joyce, Jane and and both Neil's, plus for the staff at Ledgerwood's
We bought our roadster from Ledgerwood's and found Phil a gentlemens gentleman, and the whole staff treat you as part on the family.
Very sad loss to all

That is sad news.
I bought a car from them a few years ago and could not have asked for a better experience. Proper old school, no pressure or hassle, Phil and Joyce were a joy to do business with.

Phil sponsored me when i used to hillclimb and sprint my Morgan, he would let me use the workshop out of hours, it was so clean and tidy i would worry if i had dirty shoes or i put a tool back in the wrong place. Great character and a real enthusiast of everything mechanical, he will be sadly missed

Sad news.
I bought my Morgan from Phil in 2012. He was a pleasure to deal with.
As he demonstrated the hood operation, a part pinged off and flew across the workshop. As he replaced it his comment was:
You need a sense of humour to own a Morgan.

Very sad to hear, I bought my new 2019 P4 from Ledgerwoods and Phil handed the car over and gave me some great tips. A lovely guy to deal with RIP.
