The Speedometer on my 1997 +4 4-seater has failed and I either need to get it rebuilt or find a replacement. Anyone any ideas?

From memory it is a Smiths unit and they still trade. If your flush Uncle Melvyn can repair them . Arent they electronic so are you sure the sender is ok?

There are others but you could try Speedograph Richfield in Nottingham for a repair. They have been in the game for very many years.

Could be analogue VDO in 97,I believe Melvin Rutter repairs them, not sure who else.

Just checked parts book and the VDO speedo's used from 1989 but switched to electronic in 1996. Part # MDE0170 if it helps.
