Hello.
I am rebuilding a 4/4 Morgan 1964 and now I am working in the chassis. I've read that in later Morgans, the factory adds some parts to reinforce the chassis. Somebody can give more information? Regards

There is a couple of metal plate fillets welded where the chassis side rails join the first cross member at the back of the engine bay.there might b same at the rear of the side rails. Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Someone recommended horizontal gussets where the chassis meets the crossmember at the firewall...

If you don't have them also fit brake reaction bars.
Will you upgrade from lever arms at the rear?

Make them larger than the original on the earlier cars - the later chassis had longer plates giving greater support to the front chassis legs.
