Well I can't believe its actually been just over a year since taking delivery of my S3.
I realised that the breakdown policy that comes with the car from new has expired. So...
...can anyone kindly recommend a breakdown cover company / policy for a S3 (or M3W) for the UK?

All the MSCC approved insurers have policies with the option to add Breakdown cover at quite reasonable cost, eg Gott & Wynne it's about £35 - £50

If you insure through Gott and Wynne, who a lot of 3 wheeler owners are insured with, breakdown cover is only about £30 extra and covers Europe as well

I'm with Gott n Wynne, 5*****, I think I pay £22 extra per year for breakdown cover on each car. I also have a travel pack with my bank, now gone up to £14.00 a month which covers travel insurance, full RAC recovery etc.etc., worth a look....

I'm with Classicline, Breakdown and recovery is standard on their policies.
For classic cars they're very competitive, may be worth a call for your Morgan

Gott and Wynne here - they understand the cars. For example, they reminded me that if a tow truck is required, I should request one which can accommodate 3 wheels i.e a centre ramp.

And G&W's European cover is very cheap when compared to RAC, AA etc....

I've just insured my M3W today with Heritage (Classic car Insurance) Tel 0121 2489219 They came back with a quote considerably cheaper than my existing insurers and G & W Their number was advertised in the back of 'The Bulletin' M3W magazine and offer 15% discount for members of MSCC / 3 Wheeler club. Comes with UK / European breakdown cover. Cost £333 which I thought was more than reasonable. Give me a mention if you book with them...they'll knock £25 off my renewal 😉 Good luck Terry Maloy
