As I have posted previously, I love this:

"I don't know the availability of these lifts in Australia or if there is an equivalent but in my 42 years ownership of Morgans this is the best tool I have purchased. Not only great for the Morgans as easy access from all four sides but good height to work under plus can be rolled around the garage under my 3 moggies. Easily portable no hydraulics just a power drill to operate, used for many other purposes such as a work bench, picnic bench even used it as a solid base to decorate from have taken it to the track as it comes apart without fuss:"

Holden in the UK sell these lifts. Will add that this lift works brilliantly on my +8. 4/4 and M3W easily moves under all of them and can be stored on the wall if needed. Also great for working on my Snowblower and ATV, holds my cup of tea well too.

Bought secondhand for a disposal company for around £800 delivered.

Ps, I had one of those windup see-saw lifts in your pics before and found it most awkward to use.

Is that powered by the air compressor?
Looks like a great piece of kit!

No its hydraulic, there’s a remote pump unit that I’ve fitted under a bench to the left of the compressor (not in the pic). Lifts to about 4 feet and I can work underneath either kneeling or sitting on a mechanics stool.

I too am very interested in a mid rise scissor lift. I have been trying to look at a website
www.impactgaragesupplies.co.uk
Site will not load up so i am a bit dubious about parting with several thousand £ without doing due diligence. Any one here know of them. Or a reliable alternative.?
My big problem is trying to get someone to deliver to Cork Ireland at a sensible affordable delivery charge. I really like the Twin Busch
https://www.twinbusch.co.uk/Scissor-lifts/Low-rise-scissor-lift::13.html

But UK will not deliver to Ireland and Germany wants €1500 plus Vat delivery! Yikes!!!!

Any help suggestions welcome

Cheers, Barry

these are the people who distribute mine

https://geg.co/mrs3-mid-rise-car-scissor-lift/

and the link is to the current version of my lift. They're based on the Wirral so not a million miles from wither the Liverpool or Holyhead ferries. I've visited them several time and its a genuine bona fide outfit

No connection just a happy customer

Mine was delivered by Automotech for £1500 all in. Looks stronger and certainly lifts higher - see here if interested.

Plus 1 for the Automotech as per Richard's link.

I've had mine for about 2 years now and can't fault it.

Barry, Couldn't agree more about the twin busch option, I didn't buy mine from twin busch but have subsequently bought other parts etc. and their service is second to none! They really are helpful and their aftersales help is unbelievable in this day and age. Think I'd have a look at finding a haulier with the little forklift on the back of the truck that runs between here and Ireland and will either do a back load price or is a multi drop operator.
i'll see if I can dig out the info on who delivered mine and if I can I'll let you know!
