This has brought the pedant out in me - The full page MMC advert in this month's Miscellany is headlined "BRING THE COLOR 2024", perfectly acceptable from an American advertiser but not from a company so proud of it's British heritage, Clearly a sloppy mistake that didn't get picked up by their advertising department as everywhere else colour is spelt correctly. Poor quality control from MMC, surely not!  Rant over, obviously typed before my first coffee of the day

It's fairly general these days .... Mrs Image and I were tutting about the typos and poor grammar on the BBC website just this morning .... surely someone there, of all places, should have a grasp of such things ... is everything run by interns raised on a diet of txtspk?? 😠
