That is my hope  In the description it seems it's chassis 87 "1 von 100 zum 100jähigen Jubiläum vom Morgan (Nr. 87)", if this helps.

The dealership is near Zurich, so easy to get to and take a look. The car bears local St Gallen plates, so is likely to have been seen on the roads by Swiss TM'ers. There's another pic in this link https://platesmania.com/ch/nomer23319044

Yes, I wanted to gather more infor not on the car status itself, more on the car history and maybe some direct feedback from the owner (or one of the previous owners).

I found this interesting link that shows a bit more detail of previous owners/location and assuming the data is correct, the car started it's life without the gold paint and wheels. It appears you need to be a member to see all the info. Aeromax - ECR

Just to give you a quick update.
The garage selling the car did not accept the offer of my friend, so the car is still there.
