If you copy and paste the whole thing, not only does the forum software not make the link clickable but there is a lot of encoded information in that gobblegook of numbers and letters that you probably don't want in a public forum. Note that this applies to almost any link with a ? in it). Education needed please: How do you get the URL anyway from ebay. check the fitting distance with a wire probe and shorten the screw length by one and a half threads so that as everything compresses on tightening you won't make contact with the glass! Same goes for the side pillar (A pillar) screen supports. If you use the correct screws you will have no problems but beware, one screw is slightly longer and fits the lowest position as the post is wider there, On reassembly make sure you do not fit it in another position as it will contact the glass, just! you might get away with it ...... or you might not! That'll cost you the best part of two grand if not! And quite a tricky fitment if you are not that mechanically minded. The bottom screen seal is a pig to fit too, yet very easy to remove, a three year old could pull it out!

IMHO sun visors on a trad are a waste of time unless the hood is up (and who does that if the sun is shinning), The sun is always higher than the visor, a long peaked ball cap is more effective and cheaper. Agreed.  They work well turned up to be above the screen. Also they are excellent at trapping rain in top down driving in the the rain& depositing said rain in onto the driver or passenger. I agree 100%. I would not be without my sun visors. If I was refitting them I would make the visors with a better coverage. The factory visors leave too much gap between them and the mirror an towards the windscreen pillar.

Just thought it worth mentioning that the screw length is not the only watch point re the visor’s frame fixings. The little round threaded fixing are barely welded to the frame. Too much torque and they will easily rip off. Once broken there is no easy repair. Quite an old post, but I was wondering where Nickplus4 bought his sunvisor clips from? Having trolled through Bay and found nothing as ye
