I believe Simmonds offered a q/r banjo spoke steering wheel for Morgan's but dropped them several years ago.

I’ve got the Simmonds quick release steering boss on my Roadster 100, got it from Steve many years ago.
Great bit of kit, easy to use, quick on and off, mine is attached to a standard ML steering wheel.
