I want to put my front number plate on the wing but try as I may, I cannot find a thin vinyl self adhesive sticker type number plate.
I know some on here have done it but can't find it using the search function.
Any ideas where the white reflective stick ons can be sourced. Preferably legal..........

I went to a local vinyl car wrappers - they made the plate up for me, and fitted it so it doesn't look like a blind cobblers thumb! Cost a tenner.
Don't think they're legal in any format, but no-one seems to be that bothered.

Bob, to comply with the legal sizes of digits you'll struggle for space on the front wing, most you see on Mogs are actually 'undersize' and official makers can get in trouble for supplying Some testers aren't fussy, but last year I got a double failure on the MOT from a very pedantic jobsworth because my perfectly legal short plates were missing the minute BS number at the right hand end

I got mine from my local number plate supplier, reflective vinyl rectangle as used for motor cycle plates.

The first one I got was from eBay. It was slightly bigger than my current one, and it's where I realised that fitting any form of large sticker over multiple curves was an art......

A friend was pulled over by the police as his rear numberplate did not have the name and postcode on the numberplate of it`s supplier...!
TBM, perhaps a bit of heat from a hair dryer of careful use of a heat gun and a squeegee might help to handle the curves..?

TBM, perhaps a bit of heat from a hair dryer of careful use of a heat gun and a squeegee might help to handle the curves..? I let the expert do it! As said above, he made a new one and fitted it for a tenner.....

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'm torn now, I do have one of the plastic number plate boxes like that on Gambalunga's car ref his 12 years ago post and I think I might use that for the time being and see if the wing number plate idea grabs me.
