Already mentioned in another post, but having hit a huge and unavoidable pothole yesterday, the 4/4 stalled and wouldn’t restart.
I always carry spare relays, but on checking the fuse box, one of the relays had been dislodged from its mounting!
Pushing them all back to their correct position, the car restarted.
Fortunately on my 2003 4/4, the fuse box and relays are under the bonnet and visible.

just had a Mini Cooper s headlight break due to pothole, the hinge on the auto adjust snapped off. I believe this is the same headlight fitted to the Aero models. £600 or thereabouts from BMW, £65 on Ebay. lots of potholes in Devon.

It's been brought to light recently that the Wehrle six pin dedicated wiper delay relay used on Morgan Classics from at least 2006 has a plug in base issue. It appears MMC used a modified 5 pin base to accommodate the narrower sixth pin. On removal or possibly after a hefty thump from a pothole, the extra pin doesn't always remake when pushed back in. Worth remembering if you loose the delayed wipe function.

Belle does that occaisionally. The signs are the inidicators stop working. Push the relays back in and all is well. I replaced the relays to be safe & have ow added foam to the underside of the fy=use box cover to restrict them escaping the pins.

I did the same a couple of years back, I didn't like the ECU rattling about in the 'box of doom'
