I have a spare set of 18" wheels which came with the car on purchase. These and are fitted with Avon 130/650VB/18 tyre (Past there sell by date)

Is there any merit in having new tyres fitted and used in place of the 19" If so what tyre combination?

Only asking as the wheels are sitting in the garage,

There is a bigger choice of tyres in 18", handy if you are racing. No advantage in using that size wheel for general road use. The wheels and tyres look a bit lost under the mudguards that are made for 19" wheels.

Good evening,

Sorry to jump on your conversation. If you decide you want to move the 18 inch wheels on let me know. I've sent you a PM regarding it.

All the best

Dave
