My 2014 Plus 8 went for £58,000 and with 46,000 miles.
The Class D damage is, in my view, irrelevant.
But the market is soft at the moment... I'd suggest an initial offer of just over £52,250.

That would be good value considering there were Aero S2's floating around at that price not long ago when prices were stronger.

It was over three years ago when I originally posted this thread and it's still out there on Car & Classics.. with a suggested offer price of £52,500 it was £57,000 initially.

Lets see how the auction goes.

My guess is that people are put off by the blurb: This is a CAT D car, though nothing recorded on V5....purchased it accident damaged, panel damage only, NO chassis damage and had it repaired by Morgan specialists VSM (ex Morgan staff).

I can't recall any others during the last 20 years that have "stuck" like this one.

In the time honoured tradition of Morgan thread diversions, though still somewhat connected to insurance classification practices for accident damaged vehicles.... It seems every day has potential to be a school day...?

Only recently learned that "allegedly" insurance company`s may not automatically record damaged vehicles as accident damaged relative to their own priorities relative financial assessment of the market value of the salvage....? All of which I learned from watching a series of many YT vids made by this young man, who seems to be making a rather successful career out of repairing high end accident damaged machines...Thinking Porsche GT3 and Marcus Rashford`s crashed and somewhat special Rolls Royce... His current project is his own circa 1000HP (?) Lambo, which he was apparently running on semi slicks....and which he himself crashed as in the process of repairing.... You might find it an interesting education to see the way modern cars crumple and tear in a bid to protect the passenger cell..... and of course the repair processes involved...?

That was exactly what put me off, I had seen the car smashed up too and it was not pretty.
