In fairness to MMC they do add a thick protective sleeve in the area where the cable catches the side of the diff housing. However on mine the chaffing had worn right through this protection and was beginning to work on the cable outer. A brief look from underneath didn't reveal much chance of tieing it out of the way. Will have another look when I next take tool tray out.

We've used a length of 21mm plastic overflow pipe with a bit of rubber hose on each end for many years to just simply prop the hood open, I really should make a proper alloy one as per Themorganeer's design one day

Spent an hour or so doing deep clean of leather followed by water repellent conditioner. Surprised how well it looks after close to 30,000 miles, even the drivers seat, and how easy it is to keep up to scratch. I mused that being a light colour (Brooklands Magnolia) dirt marks or areas show up well to allow extra cleaning work unlike darker colours.

Another advantage of light colours is the tanners need to use the best hides as imperfections cannot be hidden.

Not a Cosworth engine, just the rocker cover. It was on there when I bought the car. I'm looking for one of the Ford Racing covers and, if I can find one, this one will be for sale...

PM me your email for the drawing.

After 4 years, the original strut and stop block are still doing their job on my car.

I got the sleeves for the Panhard rod crossmember, which had to be cut out to install the Quaife differential, made and installed...

I‘ve also got a copy of the drawing and made one for me and some German Morganeers. All of them are very happy how it works and how easy to install it is.

So thank you for the great idea and construction!
