I have the same on my Roadster Tony with no issues on my Sony DAB/FM radio using standard MMC aerial and active splitter. In fact all the bulbs on my car are LED now including switchback front light/indicators.
May be worth giving Duncan at Classic Car LED's a call.

Easy solution, turn the radio off and listen to the Morgan Au Naturale.
