Hi from the soggy NW of the UK, I am just an old fart currently dreaming of owning a Plus 4, hope it turns into reality sometime in the future but until then I shall keep on looking and configurating :-) .

Welcome to TM

I'm also from the soggy North West....... If you are at the Lytham Car Show on the 16th June or the Classic Car Show at Houghton Tower on the 30th June - Look me up - I'll be there with my Plus 4

You hoo, Jimwhin!
Ordinarily, I don’t offer financial advice but for you I’ll make an exception, buy one and drive it, ideally with the roof down as often a possible. The money will be as good as gone but you’ll have fun and you’ll feel good,😁
NW U.K. for me is west coast Scotland, probably the best place in the world to drive a Morgan, is that where you are?

North West....? Causes me to wonder where the datum might be in the UK from which to determine location using compass points. laugh2

Welcome to the forum Jim... Perhaps best to have a run in a Morgan to determine if you can do without the comforts and convenience built into all modern vehicles. If you are up for a bit more exposure to a somewhat vintage driving experience, you will be as happy as a pig in the proverbial..

As for your age, I suspect the majority of Morgan owners are of the baby boomer generation... I am for sure, and feel fortunate to be so.. smile

Good luck in your choices Jim
