Many thanks David. I think the later stalks were first used on LR Disco 1 from 1994 on but note the dates MMC used them.
Yes Richard, it is a Land Rover discovery stalk. Pulling towards yourself starts the washer motor & wipers. Release, washer motor stops, wipers do 4 more strokes. (2011 4/4)
Thanks also Bob. Interesting that my car does three full wipes after wash command release. Since its down to timing on wiper relay it probably just means your wiper motor runs a little faster given the self parking means it will always complete a sweep.
